Leadership
Martin
Director and Co-founder
Martin is a well-travelled multi-skilled professional with experience in various capacities such as Human Resources, Accounting, Business Health, and Management. An Accountant by profession, he has served in different industries, gaining much-needed experience in how the international business environment affects businesses. Martin has worked for top global organisations such as Tata International and other multinationals. With various titles under his belt, he is a long-time member of the Rotary International organisation, having and continuing to serve in multiple capacities up to the district level. He focuses on consultancy and business process design. Martin believes in a results-based approach to business where challenges are seen as opportunities for innovation.

Taffy is a Chartered Accountant professional with years of audit experience working in various capacities for a big four firm. He is an excellent resource in business analytics, controls, and auditing financial and sustainability statements. In addition, Taffy has a passion for developing underserved communities, and he brings to the team several skills, chief of which is his unconventional approach to work processes. He believes in getting work done through a motivated workforce with an outstanding work-life balance.
